Your first priority is to unlock a couple of the pieces that are locked in. If you can easily just make a match to do it, that is the simple and less effective way. If you can set up a vertical striped candy to shoot through it, it will also clear one layer of the double jelly here, it depends on what you are given to work with because you need some pieces! There are some conveniently frozen vertical striped candies in each bottom corner to take out the top right and top left locked pieces. The hardest pieces to remove are in the top row. You need to get pieces flowing from both sides or at least the middle to have any chance to pass this.
