All the jelly on the left hand side is double jelly, and to get to the jellyfish on the bottom half of the right hand side you need to break through the 2 hit blocks. You won’t be able to get pieces over to the other side unless you make a color bomb or mix a striped and wrapped candy up top. The locked pieces are very difficult to access up top, so you need a bit of luck with the jellyfish to hopefully unlock one of them to allow some candy to fall in there and make matches on that side. Once you have pieces flowing, try to make vertical striped candies to clean house. Remember when using the horizontal striped candies on the right hand side, the spinners are going to stop after they hit them, so the sooner you can get to the jellyfish and faster they open up the other side, the better shape you are in.

Striped/wrapped combos will unlock the jellyfish fairly easily, but you’ve got to wait for one of them to unlock the locked candies on the upper left. Horizontally striped candy matches are ineffective against the licorice column.
